Welcome! To the Partner Success Architect BRONZE Certification program. The goal of Bronze status is to give you foundational understanding of product, process and portfolio details. In order to enable you to do that, this certification was built to provide you with a comprehensive set of tools and resources to learn the DocuSign solution at a basic level, and maximize your impact in the field.
Upon completion of this program, you will be able to:
- Describe the Partner Success roles and Professional Services organization
- Demonstrate knowledge of core products and services
- Use Financial Force to effectively record time and forecast availability
- Demonstrate delivery excellence using the services methodology
- Align to best practices for success in your role
- Understand and showcase your knowledge of the Partner SI ecosystem and how the PSA manages the different Partner stages
