INSTRUCTIONS:

The CSM Onboarding Partner Program is crucial to the successful onboarding of new team members.  

As a newly hired CSM, it’s a way for you to have a dedicated resource outside of your manager you can go to for everyday CSM-specific questions, tasks, how-to’s, and a friendly go-to peer.

  • You will connect with and learn from more experienced CSMs (industry experts 7+ years) to gain deeper knowledge and learn best practices of what it means to be a CSM at DocuSign.

    PROGRAM DETAILS: 

By now, you have been assigned an Onboarding Partner. They will reach out to you to introduce themselves, explain the program in more detail, and set up weekly meetings for the next 6 months.

  • After 6-months, you may adjust the meeting cadence as you and your Onboarding Partner see fit
  • You can expect your Onboarding Partner to show you resources and share insights about day-to-day operations. They will also invite you to listen in on customer calls.
