The CSM Onboarding Partner Program is crucial to the successful onboarding of new team members. Now that you have been a CSM for 6 months, you are eligible to be an Onboarding Partner Buddy. 

But it takes more than being CSM for 6 months. This role comes with great responsibility and great reward. When you commit to being an Onboarding Partner, you are committing to:

  • Weekly, hour-long discussions for 6 months
  • Sharing resources and insights about day-to-day operations such as; CSM Dashboard, Playbook, Gainsight, Knowledge Market, DSU, etc. 
  • Inviting your new hire to join your customer calls
