This course is for DocuSign CLM and DocuSign for Salesforce administrators, developers, engineers, and business analysts. Participants should be technically-oriented and have some background or interest in programming. Working knowledge of DocuSign CLM and Salesforce administration and configuration, and understanding of XML, HTML, RegEx, xPath, JavaScript and Apex are required..

Prior to enrolling in this course, you must first complete the following instructor-led courses as prerequisites:

• DocuSign CLM Build Workflows (3-day)
• DocuSign CLM Integrate Workflows with Salesforce (1-day)

Note: The environment used for demos and activities in this course is DocuSign CLM, not DocuSign CLM.CM. However, the differences in the DocuSign CLM and DocuSign CLM.CM interfaces are outlined in a course appendix.
