Internal Only DocuSign CLM Build and Integrate Workflows with Salesforce

During this training, led by an experienced DocuSign University Product Trainer, you will learn how to:

• Configure Attributes, Term Documents, Smart Rules, eForms, and Document Generation to create the building blocks needed for workflows.
• Apply business process modelling techniques.
• Analyze a customer use case and identify customer requirements.
• Configure Document Generation to create a new document or upload third-party contract.
• Use the Workflow Designer to build and test a workflow.
• Apply best practices to building a workflow.
• Create a contract management solution that includes merging documents using CLM-generated XML data.
• Manipulate XML data in workflow development
• Automatically apply document attributes for searching, reporting, and workflow processing.
• Automatically route a contract to reviewers, editors, approvers, and signers based on logical paths and conditions to complete the contract lifecycle.
• Manage CLM configuration settings outside of a workflow.
• Send documents from CLM for electronic signatures, while integrating out-of-the-box, commonly used eSign tools.
• Test the completion of a document, from generation to signing.
• Install DocuSign in a Salesforce Developer org.
• Connect DocuSign to Salesforce.
• Configure page layout and the DocuSign CLM Files widget in relevant Salesforce objects.
• Build a Salesforce contract management workflow that reads, writes, and creates data from and to Salesforce.
• Configure CLM Document Generation for Salesforce.
• Use the CLM External Object Storage framework to use Salesforce data in CLM workflows.
• Create custom fields in Salesforce.
• Enable the workflow to update data in Salesforce in key stages of the contract lifecycle.
• Apply the same document management, human, and engine CLM workflow step concepts using data from Salesforce.
• Update Salesforce when contract is complete.

Your trainer will facilitate a review of these topics, demonstrate the capabilities of the web application and guide you through practical hands on activities.
