Welcome! This week, we will focus on some of the basics to get you started in your role as an Onboarding Consultant.
This week, you will:
- Identify what Onboarding services we offer to our Customers
- Identify what other roles exist in the Customer Success organisation at DocuSign
- Articulate what the DocuSign Agreement Platform is and how it benefits our customers
- Summarize the Onboarding Consulting processes
- Develop your knowledge on the basics of DocuSign eSignature
- Apply your learnings by opening a demo account
