This module prepares you to be able to speak to DocuSign Services and the DocuSign Agreement Cloud at a deeper level. It also acts as your final capstone in obtaining your Silver Medal Certification.
As an Adoption Consultant who is expanding your DocuSign experience, we want you to be able to give a 2 minute elevator speech on the value proposition of Adoption Consulting. Specifically:
- Recap the Adoption Consulting services and activities given to a customer
- Describe how Adoption Consulting fits in within Customer Success (CS)
- Describe other CS roles that might help a customer throughout their journey. Advise on how certain roles could help a customer (beyond the Adoption Consulting engagement)
- Explain how other DocuSign Agreement Cloud products (beyond what the customer already purchased) will benefit the customer, if applicable
