Welcome to the Professional Services BRONZE Path!
The goal of Bronze is to give you foundational understanding of DocuSign products, processes to be successful in your new role, and portfolio details, or who we are as DocuSign and how we articulate our unique position in the market. In order to enable you to do that, this certification was built to provide you with a comprehensive set resources and experiences to help you be comfortable and confident in the field with DocuSign customers.
The ACE for PS program is a sequential medal level program starting with Bronze, progressing to Silver and finishing with Gold. This is the Bronze level. This level should be completed within 60 days. In order to pass this level you must complete all modules and the Bronze Capstone in Required Actions.
At the end of your onboarding experience, you should be able to:
- Describe the DocuSign Agreement Cloud and System of Agreement
- Describe what we do in Customer Success and the Professional Services organization
- Demonstrate knowledge of DocuSign's core products, services, and delivery methodology
- Complete and pass the eSignature Implementation Consultant credential
- Deliver your Professional Services value proposition
