WELCOME to the Professional Services GOLD Certification Program!

At this point in your ACE journey, you have completed the Bronze and Silver levels. Gold is the highest achievement and recognition level available in the ACE program. Gold is different from Bronze or Silver, in that the focus is more on leveraging your new-found Agreement Cloud Expertise to elevate the entire PS organization and make an impact as a leader here at DocuSign. 

Instructions: The ACE PS program is a sequential medal level program starting with Bronze and finishing with Gold. This is the Gold level. Gold is a self-nominated and manager endorsed level. In order to achieve this level you must first fulfill the prerequisites:

            • Completed Silver
            • 2 years of DocuSign ProServ experience

Once your prerequisites are fulfilled here are the next steps to completing Gold:

• • • • • • 1. Review the course to see the components and objectives of Gold
            2. Create a proposal on what you will do to achieve completion of each category outlined under Gold Components  
            3. Review proposal with Manager for approval before beginning the ACE Gold certification
            4. Candidates will be required to complete their deliverables and success criteria for each category over the course of 1 year to obtain the ACE Gold certification.  
            5. Final deliverable is a presentation to Leadership and existing Gold certified professionals on what you learned and what impacts you saw on the business.
