Guided Forms (powered by SmartIQ) is a powerful extension within the Prepare phase of the DocuSign Agreement Cloud. Guided Forms allows companies to build dynamic, interactive 'interviews' by which they can gather data from their customers and then generate the exact document they need for signature based on the information provided by the signer. Finally, the Guided Form can pull information from connected systems, and push information back to those systems on completion. All of this allows companies to provide a better customer experience, and reduce errors induced by complicated forms with multiple 'if/then' statements.
